If you are a seasoned collector wishing to add a one of a kind piece to your existing collection or a new knife enthusiast wanting to collect and educate yourself\, then this specialized art show is a must for you. \nDRIVING OR FLYING RECOMMENDATIONS   The town of Solvang is located approximately 130 miles north of Los Angeles along the 101 freeway\, on the central coast in Santa Inez County.  If you are planning on driving it will take you approximately 2.5 hours (if you are lucky) from the Los Angeles airport. \nThe two alternative regional airports are Santa Barbara (SBA) which is 35 miles from Solvang and a very easy drive north along the Pacific Ocean and through beautiful vineyards covering the hillsides. You can also fly into San Luis Obispo (SLO) regional airport and simply drive south approximately 60 miles on the 101 freeway along the Pacific Ocean\, again a very easy drive.

This event spotlights the makers and their supply vendors\, with plenty of forging\, chopping & slicing action! And No factory knives! Originating back in 2018 in the backyard of our Blacksmith Shop\, this event has continued to grow each year\, as the public demand for hand-crafted custom knives has grown. Moving to the spacious venue of the Austin County Fair Convention & Expo Center has allowed us to expand the show to feature even more custom knifemakers from across the nation!
