The world of knives has seen many new additions over the years, some making it big while others barely garnering any attention. However, a man who has spent more than 20 years immersed in the world of knives is leading the newest brand.
Meet Ric Valdez, founder of Ocaso Knives, a new knife company that offers sophisticated and tactical pocket knives.
In a guest appearance on The Knife Junkie Podcast (episode 423), Valdez shared his story about how Ocaso Knives came to be and his vision for Ocaso.
Valdez boasts an impressive career history in the knife industry, having previously worked for Cold Steel Knives, a major American knife company, for over 20 years. He saw the potential of a new brand and decided to create something unique. This led him to start Ocaso Knives.
