Flexcut Carvin’ Jack Collection®

Source: Flexcut

Flexcut Carving Tools are a new breed of wood carving tools that address the needs of the modern hobbyist and professional. Designed by woodcarvers for woodcarvers, they feature flexible blade shafts with razor sharp cutting edges to provide maximum control over each cut.
Each blade is precision-machined from high-carbon steel, which makes for a hard cutting-edge that stays sharp. All of our tools are manufactured and assembled at our plant in Erie, Pennsylvania. Each blade is hand-sharpened and tested before shipping.

Flexcut currently makes hundreds of products for woodcarvers worldwide. And makes the largest collection of fixed-blade carving knives in the world. Great for all kinds of woodcarving, including spoon & bowl carving, figurines, and wildfowl. We have an unwavering commitment to customer service and we continuously improve our manufacturing and design processes to consistently deliver top-notch, user-friendly tools.

Carvin’ Jack Collection®
Our Carvin’ Jack, Pocket Jack, Tri-Jack Pro, Spoon Carvin’ Jack, and Whittlin’ Jack are extreme performers.
They hold their edge like anything too. Just over 4 inches long when closed, they fit neatly in your pocket. So you can carve anywhere—on the porch or along the trail—wherever you go.

The 6-Blade Carvin’ Jack® is the world’s first folding multi-tool for woodcarving. It features a Cherry inlay and is equipped with 2 scorps, straight gouge, a hook knife, chisel, and a detail knife. You also get a custom SlipStrop™, a bar of Flexcut Gold™ polishing compound to keep your blades sharp, and a leather belt-mounted sheath that looks good with jeans or even your better pants. Blades lock in place. (JKN91)  Also available in left-handed version: (JKNL91)

The Spoon Carvin’ Jack® makes it easy and convenient to handcraft spoons from every kind of wood stock. It has both a shallow and deep hook knife, designed to form the hollows of spoons and bowls. It also has a straight blade for shaping and carving fine details into the design. The handle is made of rugged aerospace aluminum and features a deep crosshatching to keep the knife from slipping while carving. Blades lock in place. (JKN96)

The 4-Blade Pocket Jack® is another great take-along tool. Built with same quality as our original Carvin’ Jack, this model comes with just the essentials—straight gouge, scorp, V-tool, and a detail knife. It weighs in at 3 ounces and has a closed length of 4-1/4”. Blades lock in place.  (JKN89)

The 3-Blade Tri-Jack Pro® Features a high-quality roughing knife, detail knife, and mini-cutting knife. The Pistol Grip™ design minimizes hand fatigue and is made of aerospace-grade aluminum with  a quarter-cut Cherry inlay. Blades lock in place. (JKN95)

The 2-Blade Whittlin’ Jack® with Walnut inlay, features a 2” roughing knife that’s great for carving walking sticks, caricatures, and much more. Its 1½” detail knife quickly removes wood from surfaces and is perfect for fine detailing and delicate work. Blades do not lock. (JKN88)
