Ugh. We weren’t going to Blade West, but this is another body blow to a lot of makers who rely on events like this to support themselves, as well as the workers at the venue who keep the wheels turning and the lights on. I am a little surprised that Oregon has so plainly stated that they won’t hit phase 3 until the WuFlu is effectively wiped out completely. Good luck with that.
No word yet on the postponed Blade Show, but I am not going to get a head start packing my bags. Between the Covid and the riots, I doubt that Atlanta is going to have its “stuff” together in just 5 short weeks in time for the show.
I certainly hope that is not the case. After the past several months, I have been looking forward to it more than usual both personally and professionally.

I will be surprised if Blade East is a go. I understand the financial implications for everyone. However, I think they should (and will) cancel it. I have already made the decision I will not be attending if it happens this year. Not worth the risk. Live to attend Blade Show 2021 (I hope).
