Interesting video. I know HF stuff is often of questionable quality, though there are some diamonds in the rough to be found. (Pittman arm puller and other specialty auto tools for example)
In the case where you need to buy a lot of stuff to assemble a kit, it might be the best option until you can gradually upgrade.
