Located at 421 Broadway, New York City. In 1907, Elliot was taken over by Adolph Strauss & Company, also located in New York City. The marking “Wm. Elliot & Co.” was used by Strauss on pocket knives and razors. Both Elliot and Strauss used the following numbers as trademarks on straight razors.
