Village of Knives Knife Show

A brand new event in “The Village of Knives” complete with a knife show, tours of town and of historic cutlery locations throughout the weekend. Fun VIP banquet Friday night. Special brew of beer specifically for the event by Ellicottville Brewing Co. The Seneca Casino is close by, too!
