Continuing in the tradition started in 1985 by Nordic Knives, we are proud to announce the continuation of this highly prestigious custom knife show. You will get an opportunity to meet the artists and discuss with them the process and history of their work. Artist from various parts of the world will come together to display some of the finest and most collectible knives ever created. If you are a seasoned collector wishing to add a one of a kind piece to your existing collection or a new knife enthusiast wanting to collect and educate yourself, then this specialized art show is a must for you.

DRIVING OR FLYING RECOMMENDATIONS The town of Solvang is located approximately 130 miles north of Los Angeles along the 101 freeway, on the central coast in Santa Inez County. If you are planning on driving it will take you approximately 2.5 hours (if you are lucky) from the Los Angeles airport.
The two alternative regional airports are Santa Barbara (SBA) which is 35 miles from Solvang and a very easy drive north along the Pacific Ocean and through beautiful vineyards covering the hillsides. You can also fly into San Luis Obispo (SLO) regional airport and simply drive south approximately 60 miles on the 101 freeway along the Pacific Ocean, again a very easy drive.
“Custom knife” shows are for modern handmade knives. You might find some older handmade knives, but if you are looking for older collector knives you are looking for a different kind of show. On the west coast, the big one for older knives is the Oregon Knife Show in April — KNIFE Magazine will be there. In fact we will be at the Solvang show too… but only on Saturday.
Will there be any vintage knives on display at this knife show including pocket and fixed blade thanks in advance
