Description
** Set of 2 catalogs for one price **
There are only two known catalogs published by the Schatt & Morgan Cutlery Company during the company’s existence from its 1897 start in Gowanda, New York to it passing into receivership in Titusville, Pennsylvania in 1933.
The first catalog, 54 black and white pages, is a reproduction of what is thought to be the first Schatt & Morgan Cutlery Catalog originally printed in 1903. The second catalog, Schatt & Morgan Catalog No. 2 with 130 semi-color pages, was published circa 1907.
A sincere effort has been made to reproduce these catalogs from antique originals, printed full size, on similar paper as the originals with no edits or changes. Both catalogs are being sold together as a pair.
Schatt and Morgan Cutlery Company was the predecessor to Queen Cutlery Co. and many of Queen’s patterns originated with S&M.
Softcover, 54 b&w pages and Softcover, 130 semi-color pages.
