This is an interesting philosophy. I get it. Guiding, I would always want a knife I could chop with, and usually had a backup in my gear, and another around my neck.
Frankly, there isn’t much I can’t do with a 4″ bushcrafting knife though. Even if it isn’t the most efficient system of multiple knives.
