Of all the high-end knifemaking brands currently operating, We Knife is among the most prolific. And that’s no exaggeration — the brand currently offers over 630 individual products (and that’s just what’s currently live on the site, excluding any products that have been phased out or discontinued.)
Yet, the brand still manages to impress time and time again. The latest in that trend is the We Knife Skynix, which serves as another prime example of just how well this brand balances style, precision engineering and high-end materials.
I am sure that Hocky will chime in about how prolific they are and why. However, there is no denying that the precision and quality abound throughout that lineup. Ultra flashy modern EDC’s are not my style, but a lot of what WE and others are producing at the high end is not at all “cookie cutter”, and has a finger on the pulse of that market better than most if not all American companies. Honestly, I cannot think of an American-made knife that looks like this.
