CHARLES BLAIR COLLINSVILLE

A cutler, Blair made 1000 pikes for abolitionist John Brown. Brown ordered these pikes in 1857, and delivery was made in 1859. These pikes are rare as most of them were later sent to the Rock Island Arsenal and destroyed.
