Originally C. &. M. Obenauer in 1895, they became C. & H. Obenauer in 1904, and Charles Obenauer in 1906. They were located at 3 1/2 Main Street, Binghamton, New York. In 1907, the firm moved to 20 Court Street, and in 1910 they moved to 40 Court Street, where they remained until 1940.
