This firm was incorporated in 1922 with capital of $50,000. L.C. Haaser, Anna H. Haaser, A.W. Haaser, Harold F. Haaser, and Carl M. Haaser were the incorporators. They were not connected with the other International Cutlery Company of Fremont, which was a division of Clauss Cutlery.
