JACOBY & WESTER

Founded by Charles and Max Wester, and a man with the last name of Jacoby. They imported knives made by Wester & Butz of Solingen, Germany. About 1904, the Wester Brothers bought Jacoby out, and changed the name to Wester Brothers.
