This knife was first offered in mid 1921. Valley Forge Cutlery Company made the knives, and was distributor for the Neft Safety Nife Company, Newark, New Jersey. Later, sales offices were at 1 Union Square, New York City. Charles J. Wild was secretary and treasurer. The knife was patented in 1920. Eight different patterns of interchangeable blades were offered. The knife was made in several different sizes.
