The factory was most likely in Sheffield, England, but they had offices in New York City. From 1841-1848 offices were at 10 Platt, from 1849 to 1850 at 3 Platt, and in 1851 to 1852 at 212 Pearl. William and J.G. Parker were the owners of the company.
