This importing firm was at 86 Chambers Street, New York City. August Pauls was the manager. They also had offices in Solingen, Germany as a manufacturer. They were dealers and makers of hardware and cutlery.

In 1904, Edward Weck took over the New York offices of Paul Brothers. He continued to operate under the Paul Brothers name until 1905, with offices at 148 Fulton Street, 206 Broadway, and 61 Ann Street, all in New York City.
