This company was in Hamilton, Canada. They were the largest maker of cutlery in Canada in the early 1920s. The firm was founded by Enoch Taylor when he came to Canada from Sheffield, England in 1885. He originally opened a small grinding shop, later a small stock of cutlery was gradually added.
Enoch Taylor died in 1906, and his sons took over the management (Arthur, Albert, and Herbert Taylor). The manufacture of razors was started in 1916. In 1919, when demand for razors decreased, butcher knives and house slicers were added to their manufacturing line.
