Case Kicks Off Summer with a Pair of Fillet Knives
Just in time for the summer fishing season, W.R. Case & Sons has introduced a pair of purpose-built fillet knives. The new 6-inch and 8-inch models feature ergonomic black synthetic handles designed with a tacky, secure grip that performs even when wet — ideal for riverbanks, rocking boats, or saltwater spray.
Both knives are built around Case’s Tru-Sharp™ stainless steel blades, with a tapered, full-flat grind for flexibility and precision. The 6-inch version (Model 65670, $64.99) excels at delicate panfish, bait cutting, or smaller game prep, while the 8-inch model (Model 65671, $69.99) handles heavier duties like snook, walleye, or tuna with clean, efficient cuts. Overall lengths are 12 inches (6”) and 14 inches (8”), and each includes a full-length black plastic blade guard for safe storage and transport.

Bear & Son Cutlery Releases New 4.5” Wharncliffe Slip Joint
Bear & Son Cutlery has added a sharp new traditional pocketknife to its lineup. The new 4½-inch Wharncliffe Slip Joint brings classic 19th-century blade geometry to modern everyday carry with durable D2 tool steel and three attractive handle options.
The wharncliffe blade, known for its straight cutting edge and keen pointed tip measures 3¼ inches and delivers excellent control for pull cuts, slicing paper, fabric, or delicate materials.

TOPS Knives Takes the Plunge with New Dive Knives
Idaho Falls-based TOPS Knives has ventured beyond the high desert outdoors and into a considerably less arid environment. Long respected for overbuilt, hard-use fixed blades that excel in tough terrestrial conditions, TOPS is now bringing that same attitude underwater with two new purpose-built dive knives.
The Sidekick Diver (designed by Ana Espinoza) is engineered as a full-featured primary knife rather than an emergency backup. Its 5.75-inch N690 stainless steel blade (RC 58-60) with black traction coating features a fine tip for dispatching fish, a serrated section for rope and line, and an integrated spine-mounted line cutter. The contoured gray/black G10 handle delivers a secure grip even when wet or gloved. Overall length is 11.25 inches and the knife weighs a substantial 12.8 oz. It is available in single-edge (SDIV-01) or double-edge (SDIV-02) configurations.
The Snake River Rescue (designed by Jon Garcia) is tailored for SCUBA professionals and rescue work. Its 5.5-inch N690 blade offers a plain main edge paired with a fully serrated 2.5-inch spine for heavy net, line, and rope cutting. Kansept Launches Munko’s Latest Cosmic Creation
Paul Munko of Munko Knives has a clear penchant for cosmically named knives, with the new Kansept Pluto following models like the Cosmos and Quasar.
