Established in Duluth, Minnesota in 1893. This was a very large company with offices in Portland, Oregon, Spokane, Seattle and Aberdeen, Washington, Billings and Great Falls, Montana, Minneapolis and Duluth, Minnesota. They also had Canadian offices in Edmonton, Vancouver and Winnipeg.
They sold a very wide range of pocket knife brands, including Hartford Cutlery, Zenith, Hammer Brand, Wallkill River Works, Delux and Marbles.
They were sold in 1959, and moved to New York State. They went out of the cutlery business about 1963.
