Located at 31 Wooster, corner of Wallace Street, New Haven, Connecticut. Founded as Schoolhorn & Tiesing Manufacturing Company, they became William Schoolhorn & Company in 1884.
They were manufacturers of scissors, shears, and other cutlery. The firm employed 70 workers, and stamped their products with “W.S. CO.” inside a star.
