Happy National Knife Day Folks.
It is slightly ironic that I have to announce that there is not going to be an Open Thread this weekend. Press Day is next Wednesday, and I am too far behind to spend 3-4 hours today getting it done.
I was planning on working on it during the day yesterday, as well as updating the newsfeed, but Thursday night had been our first lacrosse practice. It turns out that the nets which were being provided for us we not assembled yet.
So yesterday midday I was putting them together instead of working. Took a little over 2 hours. Then I had to go pick up the kids.
I figured I would have a chance to do the WOTÂ last night, but my wife came home with baseball tickets, and I went to the ballgame with my family. I got home at 11pm, and by the time I would have been able to work, it was close to midnight.
Something had to give, so I am going to punt on the WOT. But please keep the conversation going on lasts week’s post.
I will increase the entry number to 10 per person, to accommodate another week of comments.
Thanks for understanding.
